This is my hardest post to have to compose, and I genuinely have tears as I’m typing.
It is with an extremely heavy heart, plenty of tears shed and with many sleepless nights that the time has now come for me to say goodbye.
I’ve had Effortless Beauty for almost 14 years with 12.5 of these years spent within the lovely Caritas clinic, however it’s now time for me to leave the clinic and to close Effortless Beauty.
The time has come for me to hang up my beauty uniform which I have worn since 2001, when I first qualified as a beauty therapist.
Every year my costings go up and these are due to go up again in April and unfortunately Its no long viable to carry on with the every increasing costs.
I am also needing to consider my health as over the years my body is finding it harder to perform my treatment to my best ability, and for those that don’t know I am currently suffering with tennis elbow and tendonitis in my wrist/thumb which is very painful.
This has been a huge and very difficult decision to have to make, and one that I have been considering with much thought and constant changing of my mind since the start of this year.
I am leaving self employment and beauty behind and I am going into a totally different role, with my new job being a host at the showroom of Greypaul Ferrari.
Unfortunately I am having to close with less notice than I would like to as my new job offer requires a speeder start than anticipated and due to my rota my last working day will be Tuesday 9th April.
All appointments in the diary up to this date will remain as they are with any appointments after this date unfortunately having to be cancelled.
If you have an appointment after my closing date I will personally be in touch with you.
Anyone that has a Gift Voucher will receive a full refund for your voucher value and I will be in touch on how is best to return the funds to you.
To any new clients that have recently visited the salon for your first appointment it was lovely to meet you and I am sorry that I won’t be able to see you for any future appointments.
To anyone that has been a client in the past and to my long standing clients that have visited for many years I would like to thank you for all your support and loyalty.
We have shared so much laughter, excitement, enjoyment, sadness, frustration and precious memories over the past years and I’m so very touched that each and everyone of you has chosen myself as your beauty therapist and Effortless Beauty as your beauty salon.
